Located on Ramona Street in the heart of downtown Palo Alto, our 960 sq. ft space would be well suited for a private happy hour event, wine tasting, work gathering or mixer. Kitchen space can be used for pre-prepared outside catering Seating for 30-40 Standing event cocktail and hors d'ouvres fits 49 with outside seating available as well.
No smoking No pets No loud music after 10pm Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest Front door must be locked upon departure from the space (return keys next door) Event Manager (our staff) must be added at $25 per hour to be present on site for the duration of the event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
We really enjoyed this cozy and beautiful space and are very happy with the whole experience. We put together a jewelry trunk show and it worked very well. The host was super responsive and supportive. Also, Salvador, the person in charge, was very helpful and nice trying to accommodate our needs. A great option for a small event in downtown Palo Alto!
Space was excellent for a 35 people party I hosted. Most importantly I need to single out Salvador who helped set up the event and the running of the operations. He was super super helpful, we brought in our own food and forgot plates and he gave us plates for free, allowed us to use his utensils at no cost, helped set up and he was just an all around nice and super awesome fun person. I felt like I was hanging out with my friend grabbing drinks. Stephanie was super responsive, super fast and all around super helpful. I have done events in the past across the street but moving on I will exclusively only come back to Bistro Maxine.
Small intimate space in downtown PA. Stephanie and Salvador were very friendly, professional and accommodating to assist in making our Pop Up dinner a success! Small kitchen, but perfect for appetizers, light dinner, and maybe more.
We rented Maxine’s bistro for our company ‘s Holiday Party. Stephanie and her crew were very welcoming and nice hosts. We could use the the whole space and bring drinks and food. Stepanhie provided plates, glasses and silverware. We could even use their ovens to heat up our food. Our employees lives the small and cozy environment for our celebration. A plus was definitely also the screen that we could use to project pictures during he party as well as music with speakers. I would definitely rent this space again. In fact I recommended it already to friends of mine for private birthday parties. Thank you Stephanie and Sal for making this possible!!
This space was perfect for our improv event! Stephanie and Salvador were incredibly responsive and accommodating. Great experience all around. Would definitely book again!
