About the Space
Come have your next special event or celebration in an unexpected world like no other! Whether it's a cocktail party, sit down dinner or a themed party, our eclectic, colorful and creative urban loft, located in the center of Larchmont Village, offers the perfect venue. The inside space has large entertaining/meeting areas with full kitchen, dining area, and seating area with 12' wide screen. Outside are two stunning open and covered decks with large seating areas, a gigantic glass tile bar, water features, and nighttime lighting. Our 3,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor space can accommodate most size gatherings. Options for additional fees include full use of kitchen with two cooktops/ovens, special table and chair arrangements, linens, tableware, themed decor, outside heaters, professional sound system, specialized lighting and HD video projection. We offer Bar services and Catering at an additional cost. Outside catering is also allowed. Please inquire for more details. LARGE EVENT CLEANING FEES: For groups of 15 or less, no charge for cleaning. For groups over 15, $120 cleaning charge will apply. For groups over 50, $150 cleaning charge will apply. Bluetooth Sound system: included Use of Video Projector: $10/hour Propane Heaters: $40/each 5-hrs Dinnerware, serving dishes, glassware: all available at custom pricing. We had our wedding at this venue and it was pure magic. Besides the place itself being so over the top charming, fantastical and utterly unique, Rick and Raffi went way out of their way to make this the night of a life time. We had them do the appetizers and the bartending and both went far beyond what we thought we were getting. The sound system was great, as was the video system and the lighting was amazing. So many of our guests asked how we found this place and kept telling us how much they loved it. What a discovery! I highly recommend.

Raffi was super responsive leading up to the event and even let me view the space in person before I booked officially. Day of the party Raffi & Rick were so welcoming and helpful with both set up and clean up. They're also incredibly generous and let me use everything from their cutting boards to simple syrup. I can't recommend this space enough-- my guests were blown away by the location and needed to know how I found it. Looking forward to the next time I can host a party just so I can have it here.
