Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The space itself was beautiful! We loved the views, there were wonderful amenities, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Alanna was communicative and easy to work with. I am leaving 4 stars because of some issues we had with building tenants. We ran into quite a few problems with tenants attempting to enter the space when we had it reserved, and refusing to leave when asked. Other than those issues, it was a great place to host an event.

What a fantastic space! Held our annual company Holiday Party here last week and was very satisfied with the experience. The space is even better in person and all employees were impressed. The lounge is delivered in good condition and access was easy before and during our event. No real complaints except for the few groups of tenants who arrived in the space during the party, unaware of our private event. They said they received no notification but did quickly vacate when they realized what was happening. A building contact on the day of the event, possibly a building rep to make sure we are settled the day of, would also be helpful!
