THE SPACE The Transbay Conference Room is located on the 1st floor and comfortably seats 6 guests around a smart table with power supply and connectivity to a 54 inch television. Restroom located on 1st floor, requires key fob access. This room faces Fremont, and is available to reserve with a two hour minimum. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES 54 inch TV, Wifi, seating, chairs, counter space. THE LOCATION Located just outside of San Francisco's famous Financial District in South Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Staff is helpful and nice. The water and chocolates were a good touch. 1 star off this time since when we arrived someone had camped out in our room, so would be nice if they had already cleared them out.

Sorry, peerspace makes me write something here, but as you can see, we've reviewed them multiple times. They continue to be a solid, convenient meeting spot for us.

The room is next to a lobby area which seems to attract folks who like to have loud private conversations. The glass doors to the office just don't keep the noise. Nice enough building, but just don'e count on quiet or privacy.
