THE SPACE Here we have an elegant private dining room with seating for eight at a custom marble-top table. The Private Dining Room includes use of the catering kitchen. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Wifi, seating for 8, chairs, counter space access to catering area, music with bluetooth or pre-set station. THE LOCATION Located just outside of San Francisco's famous Financial District in South Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had a pretty awe full experience here. We booked the place for 10:30 and the host rude fully interrupts my session with my clients and says that we had booked for 9:30 and we had to pay for that extra hour. Even though her own concierge let us up at 10:30. I was embarrassed to say the least because we are all professionals and that was anything but. We were promised the cafeteria as well but once we got there it was off limits. The concierge was amazing however she even helped us with our filming. The room was great however.

The space is very good and the staff was accommodating although there were a few minor hiccups in checking in. All in all, it was a very positive experience. Great location too.
