About the Space
Our home would be an ideal place for a commercial or film shoot. Great lighting and amazing views of the water out of every window. Long drive way with water on all sides of the property. The four bedroom house is decorated in traditional cape cod furnishings with large deck. Driveway holds no more then four cars so not ideal for large groups. 1 1/2 hours from Boston and Providence. Our home has been used for a promo video in the past as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
