FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Catering or prep area • Only food preparation is allowed on site • Speakers, Projector, Microphones • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers, DJ is allowed • Space Rules: No loud music • Ideal space for: Baby Showers, Weddings, Banquet Events (Corporate Events, Charity Event, etc.) Be one of the first to experience a brand new venue in a 100 year old factory building. The Hangout Lighting factory showroom makes for a venue like none other. Hourly rate is determined by guest count & Day/Time. *Loud music is not allowed. Band/DJ must end by 10pm. Cleanup by 11:00pm Must use our provided speaker, we do not allow additional speakers. *There is an additional charge of $100 for each drop-off and pickup outside of scheduled event time. We must be notified of all planned vendors and deliveries prior to event day. *Venue is on the 2nd floor with stairs access only. Please notify all vendors and deliveries regarding stair access. *Outside catering is allowed but must clean up after yourselves. All trash must be taken out to the dumpsters. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
