THE SPACE The Rincon conference room seats four to six comfortably around a walnut custom table with power supply, HDMI and WiFi available. 42" television connects, and music is available. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Round table, seating, Wifi, HDMI, 42" TV THE LOCATION Located just outside of San Francisco's famous Financial District in South Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Love this conference room, and the staff at the front desk. Coffee and hot drinks machine is a great touch. Bring your own cups though!

Great space to get work done with my colleague. It was exactly what we needed, and the front desk was extremely helpful in answering any of our questions. The conference room did seem to be at a first-come, first-served basis if you did not reserve, as many tried their luck while we were there, so be sure to arrive on time. As some have already mentioned, the glass door does not close all the way so you are able to hear the music playing in the lobby and any conversations. Thankfully it was a relatively quiet day for us and wasn't an issue.
