Multiple USB Edison power ports under banquet.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please dispose of garbage after your event, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time. All guests are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you! -Carol
We went to pre-set the room the night before, with the OK from the site host, only to find the next morning that all items were tossed in the garbage and 10 easels were no where to be found. This caused tremendous anxiety to the meeting organizers and we were scrambling to quickly replace the items, digging through their garbage cans minutes before the start of the meeting. While the building team was gracious and as accommodating as they could be, scrambling and running around in the morning was stressful and completely avoidable through better communication. I do not think this venue is equipped to handle high profile events.
Kristie was a great host, responsive and helpful when we need the music turned off or AC adjusted. It's a good room layout for 12 people working in small groups, plenty of space for break-outs. Location couldn't be better - near Bart and Trans-bay Terminal. Only downside to this space is that the room is scented and there is no way to turn off the scent device - a few people got headaches from the scent.

Space spectacular and Carol was amazing. Above and beyond the call of duty. We had our top customers with us and carol and her team went to the ends of the earth to ensure a successful and joyous day was had by all.
The venue was much larger than we anticipated - and that's great! The natural light led for a positive experience. You also can't miss the perfect photo opportunities of the Bay Bridge. My group hosted a workshop at the space with about 20 women. There was plenty of seating and room for bags, swag, food, and drinks. There's a built-in radio system which was awesome for when guests arrived and were networking. The tv is also HDMI compatible if you plan on doing a presentation. Restrooms are just down the hall which is important if you're going to be in the space for a long amount of time. Carol was also a gem to work with. She's responsive, friendly, and easy to coordinate with for an event. I'd definitely book here again.
