Our well equipped meeting spaces are perfect for your next professional meeting, creative brainstorming session, or team building exercises. THE SPACE With a sparkling view of the Bay Bridge, our space includes a long dining table and banquet seating - a very versatile space for board meetings, offsites, brainstorming sessions, and presentations. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Table seating for 12, Banquet seating for 8, table for 4 (need chairs) Lounge seating for 4 (two on sofa, two on chair) TV, Music capability with Bluetooth or pre-set stations. Multiple USB Edison power ports under banquet. THE LOCATION Located just outside of San Francisco's famous Financial District in South Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at [email protected] Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. All events must end and be cleaned up by 11:30 pm. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I love this space. Everything went great for our meeting. Just a few things to mention for feedback: room was not clean upon arrival and there was another person in our room using the phone while I was setting up for our meeting; HDMI cords to TV are short so would have to sit right next to the TV if presenting; only 1 key fob to share and folks kept getting locked out of the room. That's about it! Everything else was fantastic!

The space is very nice, clean, and has a great view of the water. It was convenient and quick to get from the building lobby to the space itself, no long hallways, easy to navigate. There are 2 glass doors which open to common space/lounge. These were locked so no one else could enter our space, however, the tenants have access to this all day and you can hear them through the glass if they're loud. This is an apartment building so the staff's priority is their tenants. Before the booking, the host was a little slow to respond via peerspace, which was ok. However, the day of, she was unreachable. I called, left a voicemail, and also emailed via peerspace, but didn't receive a reply until the day after the booking. We needed a whiteboard, however when we arrived at the space, there wasn't one there. The receptionist in the lobby texted the host and was told it was broken. Again, the host and lobby's responsibility is the tenants in the building, so if your event is low maintenance, this is an amazing space. We will be booking again.
This space has become one of our go-to venue rentals for our company! It's perfect for our purposes - we usually book out this lounge and the adjacent fireplace lounge

Alanna was great to coordinate with. A bit slow to respond on website and get a hold of via phone on the morning of. Space looked as advertised. I would've like the amenities noted to be available before I got there, instead of me asking for them to be put out morning of. Overall, was . agreat space for breakout sessions.
