Our well equipped meeting spaces are perfect for your next professional meeting, creative brainstorming session, or team building exercises. THE SPACE With a sparkling view of the Bay Bridge, our space includes a long dining table and banquet seating - a very versatile space for board meetings, offsites, brainstorming sessions, and presentations. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Table seating for 12, Banquet seating for 8, table for 4 (need chairs) Lounge seating for 4 (two on sofa, two on chair) TV, Music capability with Bluetooth or pre-set stations. Multiple USB Edison power ports under banquet. THE LOCATION Located just outside of San Francisco's famous Financial District in South Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at [email protected] Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. All events must end and be cleaned up by 11:30 pm. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Great space, we used it for a birthday apps-and-cocktail hour(s), building is super sleek and modern, set up and take down was convenient and building management very helpful.

Excellent space! Terrific location with easy access and friendly staff. Our team really enjoyed it. Spacious, airy, tv screen perfect for our PowerPoint and centrally located. Easy walk from BART or Transbay Station. Nice restaurants nearby, Starbucks, Philz and a Market. Delainey was our contact there and very friendly and helpful. Everything went great! We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to holding other meetings there. Lovely, professional, polished, elegant space.
Elegant space with clean and modern outlook and great for any type of events you think of. I had my popup fundraising event at the beautiful lounge and had a very good experience working with the management to plan and reserve the space. Very fast, professional and convinient communication with management helped me to have my last minutes changes to the event goes smoothly with least stress. Highly recommended space to rent.

Great space. Perfect for an offsite with your team. Only complaint is it was a little bit of complicated process to get up to the room itself.
We went to pre-set the room the night before, with the OK from the site host, only to find the next morning that all items were tossed in the garbage and 10 easels were no where to be found. This caused tremendous anxiety to the meeting organizers and we were scrambling to quickly replace the items, digging through their garbage cans minutes before the start of the meeting. While the building team was gracious and as accommodating as they could be, scrambling and running around in the morning was stressful and completely avoidable through better communication. I do not think this venue is equipped to handle high profile events.
This space was awesome and the team loved the location! Kristie was available to answer all my questions and made the event seamless! I hope to do other off-sites in this location.
Kristie was a great host, responsive and helpful when we need the music turned off or AC adjusted. It's a good room layout for 12 people working in small groups, plenty of space for break-outs. Location couldn't be better - near Bart and Trans-bay Terminal. Only downside to this space is that the room is scented and there is no way to turn off the scent device - a few people got headaches from the scent.
