About the Space
Our beautiful event space is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Fast communication with Lauren. Space was great, a lot of light and seating options for our off site meeting. Building Management made accessing the space super easy and overall this was very enjoyable. Will be booking again!

This was our second time renting this space for a work retreat/meeting and it was great! Beautiful space with lots of natural light and seating. Note that there is no wireless way to connect your computer to the TV, and you should plan on using your own hotspot for internet (or bring your own ethernet, like we did), as the building internet is not great. Otherwise, this space fits our needs perfectly and would rent a third time.

The host was super responsive and helpful, and so was the front desk staff. We booked it for an annual review meeting and it was great to have all of that natural light.

The space was beautiful and it was easy getting access to it the day of (they give you one elevator access key for the main host, and anyone else that needs to go to the space can just tell the people at the front desk who will let them up). There was a lot of natural light and seating, as well as a nice large TV on the wall. Note that this space does not have its own private WiFi (only the open wifi for the building), nor can you screen mirror if you want to project your laptop. You can use their HDMI cable to connect your laptop that way, though, which is what we did. Also, this is next to a communal space so the adjacent room will often have people who are on meetings, so if you need a room with total quiet, you would need to rent the adjoining space as well. Overall, it was a great space for our needs and would rent again.

When we got there, front desk had no idea about the rental and didn't provide any key fob. Each time we needed to use the elevator, we had to ask the front desk to call the elevator for us. Luckily the front desk has been very helpful. The reservation charges $125 for cleaning but the place wasn’t clean! There were some debris around the plant box on one of the tables. The HDMI cord with the TV is very short and it’s hard to connect it to the laptop. There’s also no remote for the TV which made it harder for us to project the laptop but luckily we figured it out. There was also no soap in the bathroom. Overall the place is ok, bright, heated and we could crack open the widows, which is a plus.
