Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. Please dispose of garbage after your event, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guests are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
The space was great. It's very centrally located to our office and the kitchen was a plus. It's getting a 4 star and not a 5 because you are in a residential apartment complex and even though there were signs that we had booked the space for the day, residents still kept coming in and out. We had to stop our meetings quite a few times to explain that we had the space booked. There was also a group of next to us that were having a little party and they were getting a little loud. If you are booking the space and will have confidential topics, I'd suggest against it. The space itself has sweeping city views and would be great for team bonding or hanging out, but wasn't my favorite for meetings.
Beautiful and clean space. I had a murder mystery birthday party and everyone loved the view. Bring everything you need because they do not provide anything. Very helpful to have a kitchen. Overall good experience.
Beautiful space for our ladies Fireside Chat. The only comment s there was a lot of foot traffic into the space as it seems to be open to building tenants. Otherwise great space.
We had unique requirements for our meeting, needing multiple rooms, some separated. The space was perfect and the main room with the kitchen made hosting a happy hour perfect. The view is great, the overall image is very professional, and the staff is super helpful. Our guests arrived at different times and the Lobby staff handled showing them to our floor. For a professional meeting, I highly recommend this location.
Kristie the host was very responsive. She even responded after hours on some questions. The space was as advertised. I used the space for my graduation and it held up to maybe 60 plus people, with TONS of seating. What I really loved was that we were having issues with the sound system, Kristie purchased to Bluetooth speakers that worked like magic. I will say this and this isn't on Kristie at all, but we had signs to block off doors and some tenants were still trying to come in and they were kind of rude about because they lived there. The Staff was AMAZING!!! Especially the tall gentleman that worked the front desk at the end of the night. He helped us ALOT
We had a post wedding party at this location. The place was beautiful and did not need much decoration. Kristie was amazing to work with and was constantly in touch to check if we needed anything. All the guests loved the venue. I would absolutely recommend it for any occasion!
I booked a corporate offsite in this space for a food tasting event and it was wonderful. Great staff, very responsive, gorgeous views and our group of 40 had plenty of space to mingle around the different food stations. We brought in all our own supplies, no issues at all. The only negative was the elevators in this building took FOREVER to go up and down (I'm talking 4 minutes, which is insanely long to wait for an elevator). It didn't detract from our experience, but if you had a lot of people coming and going it would be very annoying.
