THE SPACE Located on the 5th floor, our offsite Lounge and Bar includes dual-sided fireplace and use of the catering kitchen. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES - Bar Seating for 8 - Lounge seating for 8 - Banquet seating for 6, flexible - TV - Music capability with Bluetooth or pre-set stations THE LOCATION Located just outside of San Francisco's famous Financial District in South Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We had a great experience here. The venue was beautiful and easily large enough for our group of 32. It was nice to have plenty of space to put food and to sit as well. Alanna was helpful and understanding when at first we thought we had stained the counter (luckily it came off in the end).
