About the Space
- 500 total square feet - White exposed brick walls - Beautiful natural light - Freight elevator - Lounge area on premises - Outside catering permitted - Plentiful street parking available in the surrounding area - Dinner-style for 30 (2 rectangular tables) - 30 chairs available $50/hr - 2 rectangular tables available $20hr - Network Event setup up to 30 chairs and 2 rectangular tables as needed (see above for pricing) - Film Screening setup 30 chairs plus couch - 135 in Projector Screen available $20hr - HD Projector available $30hr Space has been previously used for parties but can be converted to host dinners, networking events, and film screenings as needed. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
