Important: for Friday & Saturday rentals we have a weekend minimum rental rate. Please read below under Additional Fees. The street-level gallery offers a crisp white-brick gallery space with neutral gray concrete floors and walls stretching 15 ft in height - ready to display art or host modern vows. Our flexible space can host your conference, private opening, launch party, film or photo shoot, holding, pop-up, sample sale, wedding or reception. It’s a quintessentially Brooklyn place to make your creative, social, and professional events come to life. Due to constant wear and tear, some of the furniture on the listing photos might be in repair or replaced. If there is a particular furniture that’s crucial for your event, please inquire or schedule a virtual or site visit. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
