Elegant Oceanfront Designer Space w/ Floor-to-ceiling Ocean Views

Located just blocks away from the mile-long Montara State Beach and ten minutes from Half Moon Bay, our space is a prime location for a relaxing and unique production location. We are a five-minute drive from picturesque Princeton Harbor with its variety of restaurants and trails. Layout: Our space includes a brick patio in a private garden, an oceanside deck, two full baths, a steam room, two bedrooms, living room, and a fully-functional kitchen. There are plates, bowls, glasses, etc. for up to 25 people, in addition to two cooler drawers for drinks and food, in our kitchen. We can also provide beach towels and folding back-jacks for sitting on the beach. We have hosted meetings for Genentech, Google, and several Silicon Valley start-ups, and want to host your production events as well! We are 20 minutes south of South San Francisco, 45 minutes from Palo Alto. We provide seven parking spaces on the property.
