Welcome to my recently remodeled space which has ample space both inside and on the roof deck for small to medium sized groups. What's included in the rental: -Access to entire apartment: living room, meeting room, kitchen, bathroom, and stunning roof deck -55inch OLED TV with HDMI or Apple TV for presentations -Large white board (pictured) with large note pads and pens -16 chairs + couch seating -Roof deck access: stunning views of San Francisco and Golden Gate Bridge, large couch, table and chairs. Glass panelling to reduce wind and fire pit Teams from Google, Airbnb, Marc Jacobs, and many others have all had 5 star experiences at this space. We are located close to Hyde and Polk streets with plenty of coffee and food options nearby.

Before each booking all common areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We will also provide the cleaning and safety materials listed for guests to use while in the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
