Our venue is a spacious warehouse / gallery space on the Long Island City waterfront. The high-ceiling raw warehouse/gallery-style space is a blank slate, ideal for clients looking to create custom events that promote their brand and reflect their personal style. Extraordinary views of the Midtown skyline, especially at sunset, provide a rare backdrop for product launches, holiday parties, networking events, weddings and other social gatherings, film and photo shoots, performances, film screenings, art exhibitions and fashion events. We are an event venue; we provide the space, and independent vendors provide all other goods and services to clients for their events. Standard hours of access are 9am-3am, allowing vendors time for load in/setup and breakdown/load out. The venue provides bathroom amenities, as well as basic cleaning and trash removal after each event. NOTE: Events rent by the day, not by the hour. Day rates vary by day and date. Standard rates range $10K-$15K. Request custom quotes for non-profits, multiple-day rentals and holidays. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booked this venue for a corporate training event and was amazed by the flexibility and responsiveness of the staff here--we had a lot of last minute requests/questions and everyone was always eager to help. Steve recommended great and affordable vendors who made the day possible. The venue itself is great, so much light and the access to the outdoors was perfect for our group. The bar next door was the perfect "after party" space. One con would be the sound, the space is large and doesn't have sound absorption so it can be a bit echo-y. Lack of signage out front also makes it difficult to find but just plan ahead and make/bring your own! Overall a great experience, would definitely book again.
