****As of 7/14/18 we have Central Air**** About the Space Large Sunny DTLA Renovated Loft Space - Mixed Media Event Space - Tucked away in toe sleep area of South Park, Downtown LA. There is a green screen as well as a private meeting space. We are within walking distance from the LA Convention and Staples center (10 minutes). This is a great location for events, conferences, and private event/dinners. The space can accommodate 150-200 people standing or 100 sitting. The space is located on the 2nd floor of a commercial building. Parking lots are available around the building in addition to a loading dock. Plentiful parking is available in our parking lot for a reasonable fee. We encourage you to come check out the space before your desired booking date to ensure it is suitable for your needs. IMPORTANT: Your reservation hours must include setting up, breaking down, cleaning up, loading out and leaving the building so please take that into account. RESERVATION HOURS: The posted prices above apply to regular business hours: Monday – Friday 8am-11pm and Saturday – Sunday 10am-11pm. All other hours, please contact us for a custom quote (it will cost a little bit more due to the required building security guard presence). Reservations are available 24 hours a day. Please note that you must be out of the loft and building by the end of the booking hours. PROJECTS WITH OVER 100 PEOPLE: Please contact us for a custom quote. Pricing will be a little bit more due to the heavy impact of bigger projects. EXTRA / HEAVY EQUIPMENT: Please contact us for a custom quote. Pricing will be a little bit more due to the potential impact of additional equipment. SMOKING AND ILLEGAL DRUGS: Both are 100% prohibited inside the loft or anywhere inside the building. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction. ALCOHOL AND LOUD MUSIC: Please inquire for more information. PETS: Sorry, pets aren't allowed in the loft unless he/she is a service animal with a valid permit. FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM: Please do not hang or tape or cover fire sprinkler or sprinklers. This is a huge fine from our friends at the LA Fire Department. A minimum fine of $500 per occurrence will be charged for not complying. Just don’t do it! PROPERTY DAMAGES: You are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition as prior to commencement. A walk-through inspection will be conducted before and after all bookings. Onsite parking lot fits 30-40 vehicles. There is an alleyway to load materials in.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We had a company meeting here for our clients during the MWCA 2018 Conference and while the guests at first were timid about the location looking from the outside, rest assured, once they came "inside" they were impressed and asked us how this place was available. Mike and his staff at the location was great to provide extra signage and print them on the doors and walls to come toward the back entrance. Amanda was great in answering all my questions before booking the location/event.

Beautiful space with lots of warm natural light that makes you feel like you're not in LA. The amenities like a kitchen, separate meeting area, and furniture made our event function so smoothly. Will definitely use this space again!

The booking process was really smooth. Michael was also really responsive leading up to the event. And the space was really cool. However, the air conditioning is not great, our guests were all really hot. We were also asked to send over logo/graphics because they were going to print signage pointing our guests to the entrance - but ended up with tiny printed pages that blew off before guests even arrived. We had to have people stand outside to direct guests, because the entrance is hard to find. Michael also left before the event and there was no one on hand to help if we needed anything.
