Our upper-mezzanine space is a beautiful setting that overlooks this state-of-the-art facility's lower deck. It's a perfect "happy-hour" setting that is both fun and professional. Free lot parking is available at the facility. Features include: - Modern lounge seating & Furnishing (Restoration Hardware) - Tailored Event Setups: Business, Banquet, Formal, Parties, etc. - Controlled Audiovisual Capabilities - Superior Technical Equipment - 75” TVs (5) - Private restrooms We’ve successfully hosted many events in the space, from private parties and mixers to fundraising events and receptions.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

No, I would not book again.

Steele and his team were very accomondating but sadly I can not recommend the place for filming. We were told that we could record clean audio which was very much not the case. It's a good spot, but the information that was provided to us before the shoot was not factual. They were trying to help us any way they could, though - which I appreciate very much.
