Over 3,000 square feet of interior space on a 5,400 sq ft lot. The entertaining space has an extreme amount of sunlight from all corners of the home. For off-sites, table and seating is available indoors and outdoors (as pictured). The long table in the living area and outdoor will likely fit 6 people each. Couch spaces are perfect for relaxing. With luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass sliding stacked doors, the open space successfully creates a unique indoor/outdoor ambiance perfect for brainstorms and get togethers. The property is host to 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and generous living, dining & media rooms. The home is a top, green-rated residence with a LEED Platinum certification utilizing solar panel/power storage, recycled building materials and more! The well-equipped home includes a large commercial-style chef's kitchen, built-in audio and alarm systems.

The house is gorgeous and parking was very easy. If you are filming a ton of audio, do know there are quite a few planes that come by on a Sunday. Stan was super communicative the entire time and made this a smooth process.
