The custom architecture design provides a simple & clean aesthetic. The immersive natural light shines through well-defined locations of multiple skylights and walls of massive glass sliding doors to precisely reduce electricity consumption. With luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass sliding stacked doors, the open space successfully creates a unique indoor/outdoor ambiance to share with your family and friends for events and catered affairs. The space is also a great backdrop for timeless photography. The property is host to 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and generous living, dining & media rooms. The home is a top, green-rated residence with a LEED Platinum certification utilizing solar panel/power storage, recycled building materials and more! The well-equipped home includes a large commercial-style chef's kitchen, built-in audio and alarm systems.
Guests/Crews must leave the space in the same manner that they find it in. For example, all furniture, furnishings must be pre-approved and returned to its original position. PLEASE NOTE: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time. Depending on your event and staff size, we may require an on-site location manager. FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION – We have had hosted various types of photography so please let us know what you are looking to do and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! We will need to know in advance: -- Total number of cast & crew -- Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down -- Equipment & lighting specs -- For large equipment trucks and talent trailers, city parking permits will be required Guests must provide INSURANCE COVERAGE and valid PERMITS for all vendors. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit may be required on the day of booking and will be voided upon a walk-through after your break down based on final conditions. NO SMOKING-- This building is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, including both private and communal areas and the unit itself. ALLEY ACCESS-- Parking in the alley is strictly prohibited. The garage structure is an additional fee and never guaranteed. NOISE -- We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 8 AM. ** Do not disturb neighbors ** ** We have a no pet policy **
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This space is exactly as pictured! Beautiful with really awesome natural light. There are speakers throughout the house and a large dining table which was perfect for our team offsite. Heather was also incredibly communicative and easy to plan with.
