This stand-alone bungalow has a great open living space with original coffered ceilings and windows all around. Large brick fireplace and lots of details throughout. There's a large bedroom with a King size bed and an additional childs bedroom with a full size bed. There is also an office with glass french doors. There is a large main room where you could get a shot that extends from the door all the way through the dining room, living room, and into the kitchen. Adorable bath with clawfoot tub and vintage tile and details. Neighborhood: The house is located a stones throw from all the new shops popping up in Venice. If you haven't walked around this area yet, it would be worth it...there are a lot of creative things happening, and delicious things to eat! We are also walking distance to Abbott Kinney. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the neighborhood, and the quaintness. There are so many different options for photography, including a cute backyard and great surrounding locations. A large public parking lot is available nearby (in addition to street parking).
