- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I really liked the look and feel of the space. The onsite property management company was also very friendly and helpful. The front desk person; however, doesn't remain at the front desk too often. This means the onsite staff is not regularly monitoring the room and you will need to ensure no one attempts to enter the room while you are occupying it (more on this next). The challenge I had with this space was that it is not a completely private space. The space is available for all tenants residing in the building and although property management had a sign on the door that said the space was booked for a private event, residents still had access to the space and frequently attempted to enter. In addition to this, midway through one of our meetings we realized someone was in a room next to where we were meeting and the only divider between the two rooms was a screen that was up, but it wasn't secure and the person was able to gain access to the room we were meeting in. Lastly, keep in mind that the space does not have a fridge or a water dispenser; therefore, you will need to be prepared with bringing your own beverages and possibly having your own cooler, if chilled beverages are preferred.

I booked it for my colleague. He had a little issue finding it and then I think it was the 2 minutes the guard was away from the desk, so had a little difficulty accessing it, but otherwise he said the space worked out well for their meeting.

The Host was very responsive and the instructions to access the space were very clear. Our team was very happy with the space as it was exactly what is shown and the host was very helpful! We were easily able to pull our presentation on the screens for our team meeting. Would book here again in a heartbeat.
