I had a good experience renting from Ian in this space — it is spacious, high ceilings, and there are ample tools for portrait photographers available, such as apple boxes, C-stands, shorter C-stands, and high-quality sand bags. I find the industrial quality of the building appealing, with generous natural light and black curtains that can control it during the day. I would definitely rent against if I have more work in the area.
