Pros: Booking the space was very straightforward and easy, and the rate was affordable. There were more than enough chairs for everyone at our meeting, and there were dry erase markers available as well as a screen/monitor with an HDMI cable, and a small trash can. Cons: The two fluorescent lights in the room made for a dimmer lighting situation than the photo portrayed. This room was also in the basement so there was no ventilation and it was a bit musty at first. Lastly, the staff person who was buzzing people in sometimes did not respond right away (several minutes), so we had to go upstairs a couple times to open the door for them. Overall it was a decent space and was budget friendly, but next time I'll probably look elsewhere first to see what other options are available before booking again.

Room was great and easy to find. However, there was nobody answering the entrance intercom after awhile and I had to go upstairs to provide access. Overall, would definitely book again!

When we arrived onsite at the agreed-upon hour of 8:30am, no one was onsite, and no one was reachable by phone. Additionally, the room that was promised to us in the picture, was locked an unavailable, so we set up in a room that was open (but not what we asked for).
