THE SPACE Available 7-days a week | 7AM-10PM $660 Venue Rental Minimum (4-hrs) 6th floor Outdoor Veranda situated underneath a pergola with views of downtown San Francisco and a peekaboo of the Bay Bridge. It's the perfect spot for a low key BBQ, cocktail party, or a fun low key off-site meeting. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Outfitted with three large farm style tables, a bar, two grills, outdoor fireplace, two cafe tables, a cozy seating area for two with plush chairs and coffee table, outdoor heaters. THE LOCATION Located just outside of San Francisco's famous Financial District in South Beach. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services.
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time, and for this reason we recommend booking an hour before and after your set event time. Furniture cannot be rearranged without prior approval from host. Please dispose of garbage, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. The Peerspace Concierge team can help coordinate any additional services you may need, contact them at [email protected] Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. We may require you to also sign our supplemental Peerspace booking agreement prior to the event and provide names of all attendees for check in. If your booking is a larger event and/or includes alcohol you may need to purchase additional event insurance and provide a COI and/or provide a refundable security deposit prior to the booking date. The space was gorgeous, as Kristie said, even more beautiful at night. I got lots of compliments from guests on the location and a few folks even want a referral! Looking forward to coming back.
Overall, a great value. We were looking for a space that was outdoors, fit our budget, had a grill, and was walking distance to our office. This venue hit all those marks, and our office party was quite a success. The bathroom situation was a little inconvenient with guests getting stuck due to needing a key fob. We kept having to pass around the two key fobs the venue lent us. I also recommend keeping the concierge phone number handy during your event. I had to send a couple people downstairs a couple times to turn off the patio music (we brought our own speaker since you are not able to change the patio music at all) and also to learn how to turn on the heaters.
When we first arrived, there were people in our reserved location, and I could not get ahold of either the host or the front desk. This caused a little bit of a headache, but overall the venue was pretty and the night went well!
The spot was beautiful. Except when we arrived the previous party left all its trash, beer bottles, food all over the place. We had to start cleaning and setting up before the guest arrived which we were not able to do so because of how much we had to clean. After cleaning was done the spot was very nice! Beautiful views of the city, pool and a bonfire! Another issue was the elevator only works on key fobs, therefor every time we went up or down we had to go to the front desk so they can bring us upstairs which I found to be unpleasant, proabably should of mentioned it in the details section. Other then that everything else was fine!
