All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Layout includes an incredible downstairs with mahogany wood details, very high ceilings, a gorgeous staircase. It has five bedrooms and two baths upstairs and one guest bathroom downstairs. The house has tons of outdoor features, a chicken coop, a vegetable garden, trampoline, playground and a pool. The property is 5000 sqft in a 10000 sqft lot, unlimited street parking, and an ample gated driveway for extra parking, catering, etc. - SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY - FILM PERMITS / COI required

No smoking, drugs, food or drinks inside the house unless it's part of the shoot, please tidy up after the shoot, leave every room as found. Please be mindful of the property and avoid scratching walls and floors when moving equipment and furniture. Please provide certificate of insurance and valid permits for all vendors. No porn, no special effects that can create any risk of fire. Make a great movie!

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. All I can say is… Wow. This home is so stunning, I felt like I was in “gone with the wind”. The hosts are gentle and kind and love their property understandably so. They were very easy to work with and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an authentic beautiful 1800s house. I cannot say enough nice things about the location and the owners :-)

Everything was LOVELY. Shoot went great. Analia was very relaxed, accommodating, and helpful! We'd definitely shoot there again. Also a very original and unique aesthetic for LA which is great - avoids hefty travel budgets!

Our team rented Analia's home for a video shoot. Analia was very easy and punctual to communicate with, even while she was out of the country!! This space is a historic gem, exactly how it is advertised on the listing. I would absolutely use this space again if ever needed!
