The Sky Lounge is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. ACCESS Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor and the space is on the 42nd floor. STAFF PROVIDED *One staff member at front desk *One staff member to call elevator *One staff member in the sky lounge lobby to provide privacy and direct your guests to the penthouse. GENERAL *Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. *All bookings are inclusive of set up and break down time. TRASH CLEANUP Trash/Recycle/Compost chutes are located on the 42nd floor utility hallway - please dispose of garbage after your event, leave the space "broom clean" and check in with the concierge on your way out. We highly recommend that the space is the way you received it in order to avoid any additional cleaning fees. PRIOR MEET WITH GUEST For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guests are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. The loading dock must be reserved for a specific timeframe between 9AM-4PM so that your vendors may pull into the dock, load into elevator, and drop off on the 42nd floor. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. *No heat lamps authorized on the terraces. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

What a fantastic space! Held our annual company Holiday Party here last week and was very satisfied with the experience. The space is even better in person and all employees were impressed. The lounge is delivered in good condition and access was easy before and during our event. No real complaints except for the few groups of tenants who arrived in the space during the party, unaware of our private event. They said they received no notification but did quickly vacate when they realized what was happening. A building contact on the day of the event, possibly a building rep to make sure we are settled the day of, would also be helpful!

Our clients LOVED this space. What's not to love - the view speaks for itself. Kristie was an amazing hostess and the venue was perfect for what we need to entertain a private dinner. A bit pricey - but worth it if the budget allows. We'll be back again!
