A 3000 sqft multi-use flex space perfect for an off site or other corporate event located just across the bridge from DTLA. Fully AV functional complete with a high-end sound system, 15K Lumen projector, and DMX LED Lighting grid. The space has A/C throughout the building. The skylights & doors can be automatically & remotely closed/covered to blackout the space. We have 48 folding chairs available for use with rental. The space is ideal for conferences, larger meetings, or any other type of corporate event. The building is just across the river from DTLA and the Arts District. Lots of street parking and 5 minutes walking to nearest Gold Line station.
No smoking inside the building. No events open to the public. All rentals need to include set up and tear down time in the booked time. Any drop offs or pick ups on days other than the rental date will be charged at hourly rate.
Amazing experience!! Julie and Barnett are the best people to work with they are professional friendly and just great overall with anything we needed we will definitely be booking their space again and again, It worked great for our sales meetings and night activities our event was a success!
We held our wedding reception in this space and it was perfect. The space is large, clean and Julie and Barnett were great host. We got so many compliments about what a fantastic space it was. I would for sure recommend this space.
The space was perfect for our event, from layout to accessibility to bathroom facilities, everything was top notch! The staff was amazing to work with. Such a unique space in a great area! Would highly recommend this space to anyone looking for event space in LA area!
Everything was great! The size was perfect for our 100 person event and the caterers were able to use the back room effectively. Fantastic plus that it came with AV equipment and ample, free parking. Our hosts were fun to work with. THANKS!

Julie (and staff) were super helpful in getting this event executed within THREE weeks! They were readily available and communication was great! Space was also very clean when we arrived.
