This 400 square foot studio/office space features an adjoining 200 square foot conference room/dressing room. small kitchen area, fridge, a/c and small private bathroom/shower. There are new vaulted ceilings, 2 sperate entrances, and great parking. The space is perfect for production offices, edit bays, photography, small green screen shoots, or casting sessions.
