This space does not have windows, so it is perfect for being able to control the light or create a completely dark environment.

The space is shielded from any street noise and you cannot hear any noises or appliance sounds. The floors are concrete, so it will help to use additional baffles or mats to dampen sound.

Elevator, Stairs

You can park directly in front on the building and load equipment through the double doors.

There are multiple rooms adjacent and upstairs that can be used for crew and talent.

Consult staff for accessing circuit breakers.

/// RESERVATION TIMES /// Setup and Cleanup are NOT included in the reservation but can be requested for an additional charge. Otherwise, the time needed for the setup & clean up of this space should be included in the total rental time requested. Guests will be able to access the reserved space up to 10 minutes prior to the event at no extra charge unless the room is reserved at that time. /// ADDITIONAL FEES /// • Reservations extending past 10 pm will be charged an additional "Late Night" fee of +$150/hour. • Events extending past 10pm require at least 3 security guards. All furniture can be removed easily as it is all on wheels. Artwork will have to be removed in advance by staff for an additional fee.
