Nice meeting space. Multimedia room was as promised however, we could not get the monitor working and the main table we were sitting at was broken (section in the middle of the table was broken out). The gentleman who was onsite was nice and helpful but you could tell he didn't want to be there. Never took his headphones out of his ears so if we had a question or needed something, we had to go find him because calling his name didn't work. Also, he left the building to get food, which was fine, however other people were arriving for another meeting and kept interrupting us asking questions. Overall though, the space was easy to find, parking was good and the room met our needs. We would book another meeting here.
Convenient space in heart of Downtown Oakland. It's part of the Oakstop co-working space, with access to a kitchen and nearby cafe/restaurants etc. The room is spacious with a very large HDTV, and double sized wall-board. The room is not super private, so I would say you'd have to cover the glass entry door if you're presenting confidential information. Easy check in, comfortable, minimal.
Shane is a wonderful host. The room was a nice size and conveniently located in downtown Oakland. It served our purpose for the meeting. Nicely priced, but the AC wasn’t working properly. Very hot for our 3 hour meeting. The catering option was a bit overpriced for fruit and cheese.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. All of our required technological equipment was provided, and the front desk was extremely accommodating to our comings and goings!
