We welcome all bookings and guests who will respect this beautiful space and the fact that it is a home on a residential street. With the utmost respect for our neighbors and this neighborhood, we ask for your commonsense courtesy, awareness, and care when you book the Blush House. • $125 cleaning fee. • $500 refundable security deposit; we expect our bookers to leave the space in the condition it was found. If that is the case, a full refund is returned. • Guests hosting events are strongly encouraged to provide additional day-of insurance for their own liability protection. • Property manager may check in and/or be on-site depending on the type of booking. • Crews/groups of more than 20 people require permission and may require additional fees. • Normally, this is a no-shoes house. If possible, please remove shoes at the door; if not, please let us know and we'll remove or cover rugs prior. • Street parking only (ample available). • Absolutely no smoking in or around the home. • Use of heavy and/or rolling equipment requires the use of builder's paper to be taped down on main indoor walkways. • Moving and returning furniture to its place is possible, please inquire regarding your needs. • Please close windows and doors if A/C or heat is used. • Use of bedrooms and backyard require permission and/or additional fees. • Strict quiet hours after 10:30 pm. • Booking includes set up and clean up time, please plan accordingly. • Oversized trash must be removed from property at the end of your booking.
