THE SPACE This exceptionally stylish lounge has been freshly redecorated with a "Speakeasy" vibe. Enjoy the lush wall coverings, crystal sconces, espresso built-ins, plush seating, catering kitchen with warmers, refrigerator, sink and wonderful counter space. Located on the second floor, a private entry via stairwell provides a dramatic entrance. We do have an elevator for loading in and guests that prefer that mode of transportation - please note you do have to walk through our community fitness center if you choose to use the elevator. Note that the space is located within a residential apartment community, so you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of this when booking. AMENITIES Bar Seating for 5 Lounge seating for 15 Google TV Maximum capacity: 45 attendees THE LOCATION Located in beautiful Santa Clara just outside of San Jose. We are footsteps away from various food options and transportation methods. WE ARE A NO SMOKING COMMUNITY. Any smoking may result in fines. PARKING Onsite parking is not provided and not included in the booking rate. We recommend using public transportation or taxi/ride share services. Overtime: Peerspace guests will incur a fee of 1.5x the hourly rate if they go over the rental time. You must inform the Concierge Team at Peerspace about overtime within 3 days, and they will charge the guest accordingly. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. The event space was perfect for our event. It was a little smaller than expected, but it perfectly fit 45 comfortably. I would definitely book the event space again.

This is a beautiful party lounge but there are a few issues. 1st the place is smaller than it looks. I had trouble accessing the party lounge and had to wait outside in cold for an hour as the property manager locked and left promptly at 6 pm. Connecting with the property manager was a hassle, who eventually came and unlocked the door for us. In the end, Peerspace did give me a partial refund for the inconvenience. It was very difficult to get the audio video set up. The lounge should give people wifi password to connect to the TV display.

We love the setting of this venue. From the deco to the cozy side of the space. It’s nice that it’s located away from the residential area. The only down size is that the bathroom is located down stairs. The process of booking this venue was seamless. Lauren was very helpful from the beginning to the end. Mariam who management the leasing office helped us get access to the venue was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this venue again and would recommend to friends.

Lauren was a great host. Very responsive and informative to all my questions and messages. The space was nice although smaller than it looks in the photos. One thing I must note is that unfortunately, the men's restroom was barely operable. According to my male guests, the urinal was out of order and there was only one stall that had no door and no seat cover on the toilet. One guest even showed me a photo that the toilet seat cover was on the floor! It was quite embarrassing and I was disappointed my male guests could not comfortably use the facilities.
