Mid Century gem with amazing city and mountain views. Ample outdoor and indoor space for small to moderate film and still shoots. Kitchen is stocked and available for use. Downstairs the walls of windows look out onto the hills and the trees surrounding the home. 3 bedrooms and a sunny attached artist studio serves as the 4th bedroom & 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the sunset from the front lounge. Chilly? How about a fire in the fire pit or in the classic 60's fireplace. Super quiet as there are no direct neighbors on 3 sides. The hiking path is outside the door. At the top of Mt Washington on the most beautiful lane. Since this is a lane, valet parking is recommended for any plan that includes more than 10 cars. We do have a recommended valet who offers a competitive rate. We cannot accommodate late night events as this is a residential neighborhood.

We thoroughly clean the space with both regular cleaners ( some include bleach) as well as spray and wipe down (with disinfectant) all surfaces including door handles, bathrooms, and any other materials in the spaces that are used.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
