About the Space
Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A pool table will surely entertain the crowd! Pool use not permitted. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was great for hosting our Friendsgiving in terms of layout. The indoor-outdoor space was great, and there was enough space for our gathering to feel comfortable. Parking is reasonable in the neighborhood. The venue was easy to text with and very responsive. I reduced my rating by a star because there were some maintenance issues (fireplace, oven, basics like empty soap dispensers). The worst was that the oven was not working, though I had written to the venue to confirm that it was. They did do their best to find a working oven elsewhere in the building to help ensure we weren't serving cold turkey, but it was a bit stressful. If I booked again, I would make sure to really double check the kitchen amenities.

The host was very responsive, and the space was very good and as advertised. A little hard to find in the building, but overall, it's a great space and the location is good.

According to the instrucitons by our Host Lauren, someone supposed to be at premises to direct us to this lounge with some code number, but no one was there. I have called number given many times, I have called host but no one answered my calls. It was pathetic experience as a host of an event. I had to deal with 14 guests, and food vendor and server where I had no place to go and no one was there to help. Luckily, one of the resident there help us with lounge and code for the lounge to enter. It was totally careless and bad experience with Peerspace. Place was nice tho.

We were impressed with the space's abundance of natural light and its airy, well-decorated main room. The audiovisual setup was straightforward, with multiple TV connectivity options available. The location was convenient, with a grocery store located within the building, and the outdoor area was both spacious and attractive. The building staff were very courteous, quick to respond, and lovely all-around. However, there were a few issues that prevented us from giving a perfect rating. The absence of a filtered water station was a minor inconvenience, though a drinking fountain was available. Communication between the building management and Peerspace was suboptimal. We encountered delays in accessing the space, as our 8:30 a.m. booking was delayed until 8:50 a.m. due to the late arrival of building staff, who also took a considerable amount of time to provide us with the necessary elevator code. This delay was problematic, especially as it affected the start of our event and caused inconvenience for over 20 attendees waiting in the lobby. Additionally, as the space is a public area for residents, there were instances where residents entered the area unaware of our event. The room could not be locked, which meant I had to stay behind to secure attendees' belongings while they were at lunch.
