This space also includes a private lounge/conference area with a home-theater system. Use our BOSE speaker system to play your own media with our easy to use auxiliary port. This space also features a state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen with a gas range stove, large sink with disposal, dishwasher, and double-sided refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser. Two handicapped-accessible restrooms are entry-adjacent. Your reservation comes with complimentary WiFi, as well as on-site concierge to help direct guests and deliveries. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This place worked perfectly for our team bonding event for 36 people. The space was open, spacious and dynamic for a group of our size. Cliff, Lisa and the whole team were incredibly helpful and attentive to us throughout and ensured we had everything we needed for our event. We will definitely rent this place again in the future! We had a Birthday party for about 30 people, and the size was perfect for us (could definitely fit more people). The front desk/door staff are fantastic - especially Cliff, everyone at the party LOVED him! I do wish the fireplace and TV's were working when we were there (that was a part of why I chose this venue). The kitchen and pool table were great to have.

My wife and I organized a small family gathering of about 20 people in the space. What a fantastic venue! Everyone was highly impressed. We hired a catering company to provide fresh made crepes on demand. The kitchen offered a perfect setup for the chef. The pool table and screening room offered entertainment. The various seating areas were comfortable and allowed family to catch up and converse. Gaining access to the room and communicating to others how to enter the building was a little bit tricky. I suggest arriving a little early to make sure you can connect with the concierge or on-site building staff to get any necessary key fobs and signage setup. We also rented several parking spaces. The garage entrance is in the alley behind the building. Despite those small logistical hiccups, I highly recommend this space. It's a superb venue for a moderately sized gathering of family, friends, or colleagues.

Great space for events. We did a cooking class here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kitchen has great appliances but absolutely zero cooking equipment, so make sure to bring your own. Also nice to have the separate side room to hide unsightly prep stuff.
