LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This Picturesque community is conveniently located in San Mateo - 15 minutes from SFO, 30 minutes from San Francisco, and 30 minutes from San Jose. Our lounge space is quiet and secluded, nestled behind beautiful landscaping and an apartment community. Ideal for day time meetings. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This Picturesque community is conveniently located in San Mateo - 15 minutes from SFO, 30 minutes from San Francisco, and 30 minutes from San Jose. Our community lounge space is quiet and secluded, nestled behind beautiful landscaping and an apartment community. Ideal for day time meetings and quieter groups. The lounge features a kitchen, high bar top table seating 8 , a cozy sectional sofa seating area in front of a fireplace and television, seating 6. The break out space has a shuffleboard, second seating area with. 4 bar charis and 4 club chairs and is separated a bit from the main space - perfect for a quick game if you need to unwind during a day of brainstorming. 20 can comfortably fit in the entire space to work, and 30 if it's more of a mix and mingle scenario. We are proudly smoke free and pet free. All parties will gleefully comply with the PeerSpace cancellation policy. We do have a license agreement for guests to sign, and ask for Certificate of Insurance for your vendors and for your company. PeerSpace has Special Event insurance you may purchase, and wonderful concierge service to assist with your day-of needs. We are so happy that you are considering us for your meeting!
We are proudly smoke free and pet free. No alcohol, please. All parties will gleefully comply with the PeerSpace cancellation policy. We do have a license agreement for guests to sign, and ask for Certificate of Insurance for your vendors and for your company. This space is located within a residential apartment home community, so we do need to ask that all guests be respectful of this. The space is kind of complicated to get to, so we recommend that you have one person present the entire time of your event to help direct people from the main gate in to the space. It works best if everyone arrives and leaves at around the same time. We are so pleased that you will be joining us. Thank you!!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Our host was extremely accommodating and the space was super versatile with plenty of room for art, hair/makeup, wardrobe, and crafty. The only bummer was the fairly active gym in our deep background. Otherwise, it was the perfect space for the interviews we shot -- quiet with great natural light. Would definitely consider again when in the area!
