About the Space

This is Studio Two, the perfect location for smaller productions for shooting portraits, model tests, look books or fashion catalog work. The space features 16' ceilings which make it perfect for set builds or other projects that require ample ceiling height. Along with the original exposed brick walls and finished hardwood floors, Studio 2 also features a balcony lounge area which is the perfect location for your clients, or others in your production, to hang out while shooting. Load your gear in using the elevator or our industrial-grade electric conveyer belt on the side stairs. Enjoy access to our communal pantry for complementary coffee and refreshments. Studio Amenties: * Loads of new Profoto lighting and grip* * Makeup mirror * 3 phase / 200amp power * Tables, chairs and other productions needs* * Separate coffee pantry for craft services * Loading dock with elevator * Studio controlled spiral duct heat/ac * 5G high speed internet * Bose sound system * Projector, PA system* Peerspace only allows to say the space is open 6am to 11pm. Ambient noise description

There is some street noise from time to time; typical industrial Brooklyn stuff. We have audio recording done here all the time. Contact us for examples of past productions.

Equipment loading description

There is a loading dock that trucks and vans can back into. From the loading dock into the elevator is about 20 feet. The elevator opens up directly into the studio.

No staging area available

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The equipment closet, studio office and 2 other storage areas are off limits to non staff.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The power is 3 phase 200 amps. The wall outlets are 20amp circuits, but we also have a lunchbox available with 5 x 20 amp circuits that's tapped directly into the breaker box. We have a map of the wall circuits to help prevent overload.

General Rules

PRICING – Rates listed here are for space rental only. Additional fees required for tables, chairs, A/V equipment, etc. EQUIPMENT – Personal and 3rd party equipment is allowed. All productions using our equipment must place a credit card on file in case of accidental damage. VIDEO – Additional $75 for half day and $150 a full day if using continuous lighting. CLEANING – Depending on the nature of your production, an additional fee for removal of set building materials may apply. Ask for details.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

General Liability insurance is required in all cases and a certificate, in force for the full period of rental, naming WAREHOUSE STUDIOS LLC. OR ANY ASSIGNEES as “additional insured”, with minimum limits of $1,000,000, covering any claim for bodily injury and property damage. Equipment Coverage, in force for the full period of rental, naming WAREHOUSE STUDIOS LLC. OR ANY ASSIGNEES as “loss payee,” with minimum limits being no less than the replacement value (without deduction for depreciation) of the equipment rented, covering costs incurred from the equipment loss, damage and/or theft.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture may be CAREFULLY moved. Items must be picked up or rolled on dollies. All items must be returned to original location to avoid a $250 studio resetting fee.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are cameras throughout the space except in the bathrooms and changing areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Masks are required by all guests when not on camera. All common touch areas are cleaned before, after, and in the case of long or multi-day productions/events during each bookings. All equipment, props, and other in-house items are sanitized before delivery to clients.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
