All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $200 per . There is a four-hour minimum. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. Requests for evening/weekends are considered on an individual basis and subject to after-hour rates. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum). I've worked with this vendor before(for his 8th floor space - great space) ..This is for their 4th floor space, and it's wonderful! It has a kitchen for catering and drinks, 2 breakout rooms , and a large event space. All new, minimal and nice.. has all the the things you need for an event - tables, chairs, AV, projector..and yet again, Mr. Castillo is the most pleasant person to have on your side for on site help. He really is a star. I was sick on the first day of out event (of a two day sales meeting) and he really came though for me. Cannot thank him enough.. great communication and assistance with the catering (I used Peerspace concierge for the first time re; catering) .. and Mr. Castillo was very attentive. Again, great space and AV. We had 40 ppl - which really was a bit tight for all day work environment.. but he accommodated the best he could. Would recommend for sure.. and I'll come again, but with a smaller headcount. Thank you!
Book this place! Dennis and his team were extremely easy to work with, replied quickly, proactively asked us how we'd like to set up the space, met us in the morning to ensure we knew how to use the AV and provided all the material we could need (whiteboards, easels, etc). We will be booking again for our next executive offsite.
This space was absolutely PERFECT for our ~40 person team off-site. Dennis was a fantastic host and we were pleasantly surprised that the site was well equipped with user-friendly tech equipment, dongles, slide clickers, giant post-it boards, and all the things we needed. We will definitely be using this space again!
The on-site support was above and beyond. We were not sure if there would be someone on call to help us if we needed it. As it turned out, there was a technical issue (the brand new projector cable the host had installed was defective) but Mr. Castillo was in the building and as soon as we texted, he came to resolve the issue. He even brought a different projector (before we figured out the problem was the cable). They also were able to provide 5 flip chart easels—again, we thought we might have to bring our own. We had not expected that level of help and were pleasantly surprised. The space itself is as pictured — comfortable and convenient with a small kitchen to the side where food can be delivered and served. One note — the two breakout rooms are nice except there are ventilation units operating right outside their windows—one in particular is too noisy to serve as a meeting space. We used it as storage. If we had needed two breakout spaces, that would have been a problem. But the level of responsiveness and support was top notch, earning the 5-star review.
