All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time. The rate for our space is $200 per . There is a four-hour minimum. Our space is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm. Requests for evening/weekends are considered on an individual basis and subject to after-hour rates. Discount available for full week rentals (40 hour minimum). No smoking Additional event insurance required. COI provided to host prior to booking.
The on-site support was above and beyond. We were not sure if there would be someone on call to help us if we needed it. As it turned out, there was a technical issue (the brand new projector cable the host had installed was defective) but Mr. Castillo was in the building and as soon as we texted, he came to resolve the issue. He even brought a different projector (before we figured out the problem was the cable). They also were able to provide 5 flip chart easels—again, we thought we might have to bring our own. We had not expected that level of help and were pleasantly surprised. The space itself is as pictured — comfortable and convenient with a small kitchen to the side where food can be delivered and served. One note — the two breakout rooms are nice except there are ventilation units operating right outside their windows—one in particular is too noisy to serve as a meeting space. We used it as storage. If we had needed two breakout spaces, that would have been a problem. But the level of responsiveness and support was top notch, earning the 5-star review.
First of all Dennis was a pleasure to work with - appreciated all his help and answering of questions. The following is from those that were actually at the event. The space was nice, charming… Loved the vibe. The areas that I think could have been better is the elevator issue of course (maybe they could have provided some check your bags), but we were aware and thank you for giving us a discount, the air conditioning apparently was not functional (no biggie I guess since it was a cool day and we were able to open the windows), and should have had the ability to handle all computer types for the projector. The catering was a bit of an issue but think that they handled that with the caterer at the event.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Thank you, Dennis! What a beautiful spot...so much space, clean and new, and easy to access. This is definitely the best space we've rented for our meetings and I hope to use it again in the future.
