Available Monday - Friday | 8AM-6PM $800 Rental Minimum (4-hrs) Enjoy our 1,800 ft² recently renovated and redesigned suite with two separate rooms, reception area, and kitchen. Sleek white tables, teal chairs, accent/work lighting, and professional Audio/Visual equipment to provide our clients a one of kind space in the heart of union square. Located in Union Square, this event space is surrounded by hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, and easily accessible by public transportation. 10 minutes from Moscone, it is an ideal intimate setting for professional and social gathering for local businesses. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Osmin was a wonderful host! Extremely responsive and thorough. It was perfect for our larger team meeting and everyone enjoyed the space. Osmin was there upon arrival, ensured we knew how all of the technology worked and made himself available through the duration of our reservation. Will definitely be utilizing this space in the future!

This is our second time booking the Golden Gate Conference Room for company meetings, and always have the smoothest time with our events here! We had a head count of 25 and the space is plenty roomy with two smaller breakout rooms, a kitchen, and small lobby off the main building landing. The host Osmin is incredibly communicative before and during our event, answering all our questions. We planned around the downstairs August Hall concert sound checks to ensure we had the space completely quiet during the afternoon. One of days was around 95 degrees outside and the space was still nice and cool inside and Osmin had fans for us. Our stay was incredibly comfortable and attentive. We definitely would love to be back in the future!

Osmin was incredibly responsive and flexible, very kind and easy to work with. The space is more impressive than it appears in photos. You can't quite tell how tall the ceilings are in images, but it's a great space. We hosted multiple small events and classes over the course of several days, and were happy with the space. Great mic system, everything we needed was available.
