This meeting room is in the lower level of a hotel in South Beach, San Francisco and is the product of minimalistic design meant to invoke a productive and efficient environment. Comfortably seating up to forty five persons based on configuration, it is also conveniently located across from the City Room if your group chooses to host a lunch, or lunch breaks can be moved up to Elevation 10 for an outdoor experience. Elevation 10 is the outdoor patio on the tenth floor of the hotel. The average food and beverage minimum is $100 a person, but this may change based on guest attendance, number of breaks, etc
This is a no smoking space and is service animal friendly. There is no outside food or alcohol allowed, with the exception of preapproved bottles for a corkage fee.
Ciara & Erin helped me out when we were in a total bind! It was as last min (day before) request and they were able to comfortably accommodate our group of 20. The room was perfectly set up, Jerry made sure we were all set up with IT/AV etc. The front door staff were also amazing - overall staff just totally rocked it -super helpful and nice. So happy we were able to use this space! All day soft drinks & coffee were fantastic (at an reasonable extra cost but totally worth it) the students went through a LOT of coffee ha. Erin set us up with drink tickets for the roof bar or lower lobby bar for the students to use after the class (reasonable extra cost but also worth it!!) Super happy we were able to use their lovely space :) Looking forward to the next time we are able to rent the space and work with the Hotel VIA Team
