All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a 13 acre ranch with 8 artistic cottages and lots of parking. All the structures on the property were built by artists, are very rustic and each has its own whimsical character. The neighbors are far away and the house far off the road so there's lots of privacy. There are also over 100 oak trees and sculpted streams below. In this canyon there are even places where you can be in rocky areas with a total canopy of green above. Please specify which cottage you are interested in. Please note that this property is an active hotel- If a cottage is needed for the whole day an additional day of interior fee is usually required. Please be considerate of other activities happening on the land, especially after dark. We look forward to hosting your production!

Parking for up to 10 vehicles on our property.
General Rules
This is a high fire risk zone. Absolutely no fires or anything which creates a spark. Please no smoking.
Parking for up to 10 vehicles on our property. Additional vehicles can come up to load but then must be parked at the bottom on the street. Street parking is without restrictions and can accommodate a couple dozen vehicles if necessary.
Night shooting is subject to extra charges and must be done in a way that does not disturb other guests.
There may be guests at other cottages so keep noise down especially after 10pm and before 8:30am.
Please be considerate of other activities happening on the land, especially after dark. We look forward to hosting your production!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
