Incredible 13 acre ranch with a dozen artistic rustic cottages surrounded by nature

This is a 13 acre ranch with 8 artistic cottages and lots of parking. All the structures on the property were built by artists, are very rustic and each has its own whimsical character. The neighbors are far away and the house far off the road so there's lots of privacy. There are also over 100 oak trees and sculpted streams below. In this canyon there are even places where you can be in rocky areas with a total canopy of green above. Please specify which cottage you are interested in. The 6 hour minimum hourly rate includes an interior of 1 cottage (ending before noon or starting after noon) + exteriors throughout the property and up to 8 people. For productions larger than 8 people there is a 12 hour minimum. This includes up to 16 people - beyond that people are $40/person/day. Please note that this property is an active hotel - so property rentals start at midday. If a cottage is needed for the whole day an additional day of interior fee is usually required.
