Nestled in the Hills; 4 min Walk from top of Runyon Canyon. Great natural window light and clean space ideal for shoots. Comforts of a hotel studio suite - Private Bath,Queen Bed,Kitchenette, Netflix/HBO/Amazon Prime/Roku Cast to stream your own content for filming needs. Rates: 1 to 5 people 50/hr 6 and above 65/hr NOTE: Rates are full hour rental (no partial or half hours, but 10 minute grace period given into additional hours), and from first crew arrival on site until last vehicle departure from location after load out and clean up (ie. waiting outside after load out is not wrap time, but last person departing from site)
