That fee is for the Stage Manager. Also, if only booking for half day (5 hours), please try to book the hours you need, if you go over, those overage hours will be at a time and a half rate per Peerspace Policy because you may bump into other people who have rented the space at that same time.
-Insurance Requirements- Renter must furnish the studio with a certificate of insurance naming the studio as additional insured and loss payee under renter’s comprehensive general liability policies. - Comprehensive general liability must be in an amount not less than: 1,000,000/1,000,000 Bodily Injury Liability and 1,000,000 Property Damage Liability. Security deposit may be required depending on the caliber of production. -Must book 48 hours in advance. -No loud music after 11pm -No smoking in the studio. -All rentals include setup and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing -Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request -Trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. A minimum of 150.00 will be charged for oversized trash, construction debris and or loads exceeding the capacity of (1) 2yd roll away trash bin. Additional fees might apply: - Floor repainting fee- Ranges from $75-$300 depending on how dirty the floor is left. Multiple coats might be necessary. Stage manager fee is $150/12 hours and it is additoinal to the stage rental fee. Overtime charges will incur after 121 hours.
