Stunning and newly constructed roof deck with panoramic views of Los Angeles. Ideal for film or photo productions! 750 Square feet in total. Equipped with power circuits up top, plus two additional 20 AMP dedicated film circuits have been installed for more involved productions. For outdoor screenings, a 13' wide by 10' high screen is available. Cast/Crew/Production Size and Cost: (3 hr min) 125/hr - 1 to 5 persons 145/hr - 6 to 15 persons 185/hr - 16 - 35 persons NOTE: Rates are full hour rental (no partial or half hours, but 10 minute grace period given into additional hours), and from first crew arrival on site until last vehicle departure from location after load out and clean up (ie. waiting outside after load out is not wrap time, but last person departing from site) Peerspace Keyword: Views

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
