About The Sixth Floor Loft
We're a multi-purpose, hassle-free event space equipped to meet your needs and standards. The loft is a 1200 SF customizable space just off Union Square, fully furnished with two coat closets, on-premise bathroom and prep area. Whether to work, display, dine or meet, bring your guests for a warm and intimate experience. Quick facts: - Up to 40 chairs in-house available for rental - Linen available for rental - Furniture and special furniture removal have an extra charge (most of our furniture is designer antiques)

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The sixthfloorloft event space exceeded expectations!!! Not only was the space beautiful but Pepi and her team were exceptional! Pepi was able to accommodate me with a last-minute booking and not only did they handle the setup, audio/visual aspects, but her team was also on-site to help answer any questions to make our an event a huge success. I will be sure to nook again.
