About the Space
Our main conference room can fit 12 comfortably around our new table or up to 15 with rows of chairs. Equipped with a 42″ HD monitor, a HD camera for Skype calls and a large white board. HD Video conferencing capability available for an additional fee. Please inquire and we can process custom fee via Peerspace booking tool. The conference room is only available from 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. There are three floors of underground parking directly beneath the facility. The entrance is on Marine Street between Main Street and Neilson Way and is $8 per day.

The space is as described with plenty of lighting. However, the instructions of how to find the room were not emailed until 15 mins before start of the booking. So was a lot of uncertainty in terms of finding the place (elevators, corridors etc). We had to figure things by ourselves. Please do not book if you intend to use the projector. It is a VERY old model which works in a complicated way, where you have to connect it through the monitor. I had a technician in my team and he still couldn't get it to work. So we used the monitor instead. Finally, the table is not as in the photos. There is a black table instead.
