Outside space (500 sq ft) also available -street closure on Ramona Historic Street district allows for extra seating Indoor Seating for 30-40, Outdoor seating 40 Standing event cocktail and hors d'ouvres fits 75 with outside area available as well. Kitchen counter top space can be used for pre-prepared outside catering. No use of any kitchen equipment. No use of dishes, plates, glasses etc

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
