About the Space
Our unique Studio City property features a charming, bright house & spacious backyard pool for client meetings, off-sites, workshops, group work, or team building retreats. INTERIOR: The house features colorful decor & furniture, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light that pours through the windows. You'll have access to our spacious kitchen & dining room, the living room & 1 bathroom. [Approximately 5,000 sq ft] EXTERIOR: The 7,500 sq ft backyard includes an expansive pool, deck with patio furniture & tall palm trees surrounding. Plenty of street parking is available. A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking. PRICING: $79/hr - for group sizes 15 & under $100/hr - for group sizes 16 - 24 For groups of 25 or exceeding 25, please inquire to receive a customized rate. PLEASE NOTE: *If you're loading in & out heavy items, please bring protection to cover our tiles & hardwood floors. * If your group exceeds 15, please note that you will be required to bring your own porta-potty. * Please do NOT inquire for late night parties or house parties, we cannot accommodate due to residential noise restrictions. * Guests with allergies should be aware that the space hosts dogs outside of bookings. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
