About the Space

This authentic handcrafted lodge offers 4,000 square feet of spacious rustic design for off-site Meetings, Retreats, Launch Parties, Workshops and Outdoor Adventure. This Lodge, Tipi, Cabin and tents can accommodate up to 45 guests with several indoor and outdoor group spaces. The main building boasts handmade cabinets, built-in shelves, and tall beams created from up-cycled logs from local trees, bringing stunning natural elements into this mountain view lodge. There are two large meeting rooms and 4 additional breakout spaces for collaboration, including an authentic 20 ft Tipi which is a magical space for meditation or board meeting for up to 10 people. The larger meeting room could be converted into yoga or martial art classroom space. In addition to the private estate located 2 hours east of Seattle, the town of Leavenworth is just 7 miles away, featuring river scenes and adorable shops. Nonprofit rates are available. There is plenty of parking area for up to 15 cars and turnabouts both at the bottom and the top of the 3/4 mile driveway. The hourly rate for Off-Site experiences includes: Interior Main Spaces: - 600 sq. ft. meeting room with large TV screen, seats 17, comfortable floor cushions for additional 8, standing room for 3 - 900 sq. ft. meeting room with baby grand piano and 2.5 story high living room, seats 17, comfortable floor cushions for additional 8, standing room for 5 - Open Beam Ceilings Break-out rooms throughout the lodge: - 300 sq. ft. in lower modest living room seats 8 with TV screen - 900 sq. ft. in master bedroom seats 6 - 200 sq. ft. loft with large TV screen Additional: - 3 Restrooms - Full kitchen upstairs for catering (serve up to 45 guest both inside and outside on 2 large picnic tables) - Prep-full kitchen downstairs - Onsite laundry - Free High Speed Wifi Outdoor Space Includes: - 600 sq. ft. deck - 600 sq. ft. covered patio with 9' picnic table - 200 sq. ft. authentic tipi - Parking for up to 10 vehicles - Turn around area for up to 34 ft truck - Outdoor rustic natural amphitheater ("hammock garden" provided in Spring, Summer, Fall, 7-10 hammocks seat 14-20, plus ground blanket seating) - Hiking trails leading into Cascade National Forest - Lower 6 acre with natural sports or ceremony field ADDITIONAL RENTALS - Bath House: 4 showers/2 toilets $800 (not available in winter) - 300 sq. ft. cabin with 9' picnic table $400 After the retreat or workshop, watch movies or SKYPE colleagues into the Lodge on the flat screen television in the media room. The room accommodates up to 35 people on furniture and on pillows on the floor. Light the wood-burning stove or build a fire in the huge river rock masonry fireplace. The main living/dining area makes a great space for a small concert or performance accommodating up to 25 people on furniture, floor pillows with an additional deck which can hold up to 10 comfortably. Jacuzzi tub located in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated and well-equipped with plenty of storage for everyone's belongings!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
