Host your next event at a large Victorian mansion (complete with its own turret) overlooking the water in Crockett. The bottom floor is a 2,000-square foot, former turn-of-the-century dry goods store filled with period antiques and vintage furniture. The top two floors are a 2,000-square-foot Victorian abode with original wood floors and moldings, patterned wallpaper, Oriental rugs, and Edwardian-era furniture. There are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a parlor, a sitting room, a formal dining room, a kitchen, a den, and a large rooftop deck with sweeping views of the Carquinez Strait, as well as a small backyard with a sitting area overlooking the lush garden. An empty side lot ensures your privacy from neighbors.
Smoking only permitted outside.
We had a fantastic experience renting this space from Geoff. From the beginning planning stages of our event (very belated wedding reception), he was super responsive to questions and concerns we had. When we went to check the place out, we were pleased to see it was exactly as advertised and perfect for our needs. Geoff is a great guy; incredibly flexible and willing to accomodate us. The house has a lot of local history and it's cool to see it in the hands of someone like Geoff.
This is my second time renting Geoff’s space for a personal project and I must say it’s even better and more beautiful now. All rooms are fully furnished that perfectly match the entire house. For creatives who are obsessed with natural light, Geoff’s house get’s plenty of it. I used the place in the morning from 8-12 noon and the morning light that falls into the dining room, outdoor patio, kitchen and upstairs bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. The living room and other bedrooms get plenty of light in the morning as well, but afternoon light is what hits these spots the best. I will definitely be using this space again for my future projects. Geoff, thanks again for letting me create some work in your gorgeous house and for the warm welcome. Until next time. Cheers, Manolo
Fantastic house, great for events! We filmed a project here and there was more than enough space for us to comfortably fit our entire cast and crew. Host was incredibly flexible and welcoming. Highly recommended.
I was looking through the many beautiful listings on Peerspace that would suit the photoshoot concept I had in mind of creating. This particular space definitely suit the bill. I contacted Geoff with details, questions and concerns I had, and he responded in a very timely matter. He was cordial and kind enough to accommodate my requests, which I greatly appreciated. Once details were explained and met, I booked the space almost immediately. Geoff made my muse and I feel as if it were our home, personable and friendly. He provided a complete tour of the property, and throughly explained the guidelines. Beautiful decor, mostly antique in nature, there is a variety to suit the needs of a vintage shoot. I would definitely book this property again, especially since we ran out of time in utilizing the different rooms/areas. Look forward to creating some more work here!
Geoff’s place is absolutely beautiful and full of character. If you’re a creative and looking for a unique space, this place is for you. It’s huge, with 3 floors and several outdoor spots including a huge deck with awesome views. Geoff is also very quick to respond and gave me a complete tour of the place when I arrived. I’d definitely come back and use this space again.
Geoff was great! And the space was amazing! So many rooms, so many different looks and great vintage furniture and aesthetic. Would definitely love to book this place again!
